Rather than simply growing a moustache like last time, I will be walking the Gold route of the South Wales Three Peaks Trial on Saturday 27th March 2010 with the aid of a compass and my (already) weary legs. Oh, and probably my iPod.

I'm looking to raise some money for Cardiff and Vale NHS Trust this time, which includes Rookwood Hospital in Cardiff where my Dad spent the first few months of his recovery time following his stroke almost 20 years ago. Thought it was about time I did something to thank them!

A huge 'diolch yn fawr!' to everyone at Boomerang in Cardiff who held one of their legendary Cake Days on Wednesday 17th March, and raised an awesome £163 for the cause! Thanks to the cake makers and those who donated (and of course to those who did both!)
