Last Sunday morning, a team of six employees, from account executives through to directors, trudged through three miles of bogs, waded through rivers and swam through submerged concrete cylinders -with a two-mile road run thrown in either side for good measure.

Yes, it was the Royal Marines Commando Challenge! We did it! We even got through the sheep dip - and survived!

And the good news is, we'll be doing it all again next year!!
