We fund medical equipment and services to give our children the best possible care

Story

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page for the benefit of The Royal Hospital for Sick Children at Yorkhill in Glasgow.

My daughter Beth was diagnosed with congenital hip displasia in March which meant that her hip joint didn't form correctly at birth.  After an operation to rebuild her pelvis with bone grafts, plates and screws, followed by two months in a full body cast, brave little Beth can now look forward to a normal childhood.  This was all thanks to the wonderful surgical skill and care she was lucky to receive at Yorkhill.

I intend to cycle offroad along Sustrans Route 7 from Glasgow to Inverness, a distance of over 200 miles, over the weekend of 20th - 23rd October.  Please dig deep and sponsor me online.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Yorkhill Children's Foundation will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

So please sponsor me now!

Many thanks for your support.
