I last ran the London Marathon in 1999; ten years on I have finally bagged a place to do it again (however training is so much harder this time round, I'm so tired!) and this year I would be grateful to have your support in helping me raise funds for Help for Heroes.   So many of our servicemen and women are returning from current conflicts with life changing injures - losing their sight, hearing, organs or limbs.  They deserve all the help we can give them, improving their support during medical treatment, rehabilitation and beyond.

Having family in the forces and many friends/colleagues who are either in the forces or who have loved ones serving overseas, this is a charity that I feel quite passionate about supporting and I hope you do to.  Any contribution, however big or small, is very much appreciated.  Thank you.
