On 14th September this year I shall be running in my first ever marathon. I have chosen to run for The Bobby Moore Fund which is the section of Cancer Research that specialises in Bowel Cancer because this is what we lost my dad to when I was 9.

I ve never ran a marathon before, so I don't have a set finishing time-other than to make sure I do!
26.2 miles is a lllllooonnnnngggg way but because its for my dad I know that Ill cross that finish line even if I have to crawl over it! Anyone that ever had the honour of meeting him will understand why.
