Ness Knight will be taking on the toughest challenge of her career so far, pushing her physical and mental limits to their extremes in what will be the longest solo triathlon ever undertaken in Great Britain. She is raising raised money for Sentebale, a charity founded by Prince Harry to help the most vulnerable children in Lesotho, many suffering from HIV/AIDS and extreme poverty.

Leg 2, | The Run South coast | 365 miles.
Leg 3 | The Cycle LEJOG (Land’s End to John O’Groats) | 1000 miles
