Planning to try and climb the 5800 m + of Mt Elbrus any day, weather and fitness permitting, after 11th June. For those of you interested Mt Elbrus is in the Caucasus Mountains, at the head of the Baksan Valley. Scenery and environment are stunning, although unfortunately food and living accommodation don't quite make for a comfortable break ! Anyway, dig deep and we'll see if we can raise a good sum for charity.... Bill
