I know i said just one more and that would be New York 2006, well i ran Lonndon and Edinburgh 2007 just for the fun ( yes you guessed it i have flipped ).

Well this year i am again running the London Marathon and this year i am associated with another very  committed charity in "Riding for the disabled".

Ena and her team who are based at the Drum Estate in Edinburgh give a lot of joy, happiness and a sense of acheivement to disabled children and  adults.

So please help them carry on thier good work by digging deep to sponser my run after all i am doing the hard part.

For every £100.00 donated on this page my company Aairecool Technical Services wiil donate an additional £10.00.
