To everyone that has sponsored me I would like to say a big thank you for all your kind words and the money raised.  I really appreciate the support I have received and I am sure the money raised for the British Red Cross and Co-operation Ireland will be used for a very worthy cause.

I completed the 'Tri'  in a very respectable 2 hours 54 minutes and HR have stopped the succession plans now!
