Once again I shall be running The  BUPA Great North Run this October - I'm even missing The Grand Final for this so that will be a first for me!!!

Anyway, my intention is to beat my fundraising last year  (£460) as well as my time (2hrs 7mins - not bad for my first attempt) so please please give generously : )
