Lee, James, Gordon and myself are completing the EDF Birmingham Half Marathon on 26 October 2008 and by doing so we are attempting to raise as much money as we can for our charity, AICR - specifcally for the Spotlight appeal which supports reserach specifically into prostate cancer.
