From Birmingham, calfordseaden heroes and friends venture to Oxford on a days cycle ride for a spinal muscular atrophy Charity, called the Jennifer Trust.

On Sunday 5th July, the team, called ALL SCARED PENFOLDS (an anagram), have courageously volunteered to do battle with uncompromising gradients, barmaid lures to 'rehydrate' and the many Village tea and cake Halls en route, soothed only by the promise of the music and beer tent just 70 miles later.
