Once again, I have left this all very late and urgently need your support.

You have all very generously supported me and Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity ("GOSH") many times before. Please could you support me again in raising money for this great cause.

This is my fifth year running the London Marathon for GOSH. Despite getting slower every year, somehow I never get the message. Please feel free to sponsor me so much this year that I can permanently retire from this long, painful run/walk.

In all seriousness, I hugely appreciate your support every year and I know that the funds raised make a massive difference to the lives of some very ill children. Thank you all, once again, very much indeed.
