Having completed the 2009 ExtraMile Challenge cycle ride - see photo - this year we are riding the ExtraMile Black Forest Challenge, cycling 500 miles through Belgium, France and ending up in the Black Forest in Germany. This takes place over 3 days starting on 24 September. We are raising funds for two national medical charities which have a base near Milton Keynes.

One is a small charity trying to find a cure for, and support sufferers from, the degenerative brain disease Progressive Supranuclear Palsy - see www.pspeur.org/

The other is more well known but no less vital -Macmillan Cancer Support - see www.macmillan.org.uk/northampton

The WellHeald team comprises Nick and Esther from Heald Solicitors, Linda from Sportsleaders UK and Alex from Entropie.

As we all survived last year  through sweat, insomnia and hilarity, we have decided to team up again! This year we face a stern challenge in the mountains of the Black Forest after first conquering the hills of the Belgian Ardennes. Please help us to help our charites and make it all worthwhile.
