Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit Blackjack's JustGiving page.

Our latest fundraising venture is the London 10k run, for the British Polio Fellowship, a charity that Blackjack have supported for a number of years, from rebranding the Fellowship to helping them raise awareness and maximising their fundraising potential.

The British Polio Fellowship was founded in 1938 and since then has raised awareness of not only Polio but has challenged societies attitudes towards disabilities; over the years they have grown and today they are the largest national charity for people in the UK with polio and Post Polio Syndrome.

Their vision is of a society where people living with the effects of polio and Post Polio Syndrome have all the resources they need to lead full, active and integrated lives and of a world where polio is completely eradicated.

Please dig deep and help Blackjack make a difference to the lives of those suffering from the effects of Polio and improve the vacination programme for all.

Many thanks
