On September 20th myself and the blazing-buns team are cycling just over 1000 miles in 10 days to aid the the Thames Valley and Chiltern Air Ambulance Trust

 

The potential gooch damage were likely to sustain during this fundraiser is frankly staggering and most probably irreparable so you can rest easy knowing we've committed to doing this challenge for a really good cause.

 

The Air Ambulance team provide an invaluable lifesaving service to reach patients during the 'Golden Hour' is a term used in emergency medicine to denote the vital period immediately after an accident or the onset of an acute illness.

 

Patient survival rates are improved if treatment is provided within this 'Golden Hour' and the Air Ambulance has the ability to provide the speed and treatment that can make all the difference.
