Hi & thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I am so grateful that you have decided to support me on my fundraiser but more importantly for supporting this amazing charity, The Mix. 

The reason I have decided to do this fundraiser is because during this pandemic I have been speaking to a lot of people & It saddens me when I hear the stories on how families are struggling, especially the youth. 

I am a father to two daughters 13 & 16, I can see the difficulties that they are having. Not being at school & getting their education, not being able to socialize with school friends etc, but luckily they have their parents & family around them for support. 

The Mix is a charity that helps & supports user 25s with mental health issues, homelessness, jobs, break-ups, body kindness, confidence, self care & so much more. 

Their vision is that all young people should be able to make choices about their physical & mental wellbeing so that they can live better lives. 

The children are our future & we must nurture & support them in anyway that we can, so please dig deep & be generous when donating to this amazing non profit charity, The Mix. 

£3 (the cost of a coffee) can help five young people get life-saving support. 

£15 (the cost of a meal out) can provide a week of training for one of the many helpline volunteers. 

£30 (the price of a gym membership) will pay for their online group chats to be run for a day.
