Boss Model Management are supporting the DEC and giving as much as we can to aid the famine relief in East Africa. Photographs and news of the misery and distress of families affected by the famine are horrific, with parents often losing more than one child from starvation, a long and painful death. One man we heard of last week buried his 6 month old daughter and her 5 year old sister on Friday. On Saturday he buried his 2 year old son. The pain these people are suffering is beyond our comprehension.
We are taking steps to help. Just a few pounds can feed an entire family for a week. Aid agencies are desperate to supply food and medical supplies, and are making a success of delivering it, but they need our support. Please help and give as much as you can. We will probably never know what it is like to starve, or lose dear family members or friends on such a huge scale. But we can help the people who face this threat today. Make someone’s day – give some money, save lives, give hope.
