Flora London Marathon 2008 · 13 April 2008 ·

MS-UK is here to support anyone affected by multiple sclerosis (MS), which affects over 150,000 people in the UK. We empower people with MS to live healthier and happier lives by improving the understanding of the condition and providing support where it is needed most.

Story

On Sunday 13th April 2008, I will be running in one of the best Marathon's in the World: The Flora London Marathon!!

I'm running with TeamMSRC and raising funds for the Multiple Sclerosis Resource Centre (MSRC).

The MSRC is a national charity committed to supporting anyone affected by Multiple Sclerosis, they run the only 24 hour, freephone Telephone Counselling Service that is available 365 days a year. They also produce a magazine called New Pathways which is sent to 29 countries and have a comprehensive website that is updated daily.

The MSRC has a real positive can-do attitude and their whole ethos is that "Life is for Living".

The London Marathon is their biggest fundraising event of the year and I need your help to raise as much as I can - your sponsorship WILL make a difference and help ensure MSRC can continue to provide vital services for those affected by Multiple Sclerosis so dig deep and sponsor me online!!

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: The Multiple Sclerosis Resource Centre will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

So please sponsor me now!

Many thanks for your support and I'll keep you updated on my training and fundraising progress.
