We are cycling from London-Dieppe-Paris-Somme-Calais-Dunkirk-Dover to raise money for Help for Heroes and hope to do this in 8 days. This means we need to average just over 65 miles per day!!

We know that times are tough and that there are many good causes to support so we will be very grateful if you manage to help us where you can - remember every little helps. All money raised goes direct to the charity - we do not take anything for expenses.
