Hi friends, family and colleagues!
So...after three months of training and despite one annoying ankle injury...I managed to complete the London Marathon in 5:00:28! It was the most amazing day and experience of a lifetime. I'll never forget how it felt to cross that finish line. There are still 2 months post-marathon to donate to my charity of choice (AND you know I've done my bit now-no excuses!) so I hope you will find it in your heart to dig deep. The patients at the hospital will appreciate it as will I given the pain I'm currently in!!!
