We’re the UK’s leading charity for Crohn’s and Colitis. Right now, over 500,000 people in the UK are living with a lifelong disease that many people have never heard of. We’re working to improve diagnosis and treatment; to fund research and to raise awareness.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit Brighter Directions JustGiving page.

The NACC is the the main National Charity organisation we work hard to fundraise, arrange sponsor events and support because its very close to our hearts.

We understand all too well how critical it is that valuable funds are raised for research into the disease, as well as raise brand awarness nationally with a growing number of cases being diagnosed annually, most of which are often sadly mis-diagnosed for simple IBS when being realistic, these diseases are much worse pain wise as well as being incredibily embarrasing and deliberating to live with the stigma.

If Brighter Directions team cant contribute and raise as much awarness and knowledge in our little area, telling other businsses about it, fundraising and letting people know so that they can understand staff absence, deal with employees who have the diseases and support them then this will enable many poorly people who otherwise see no way to work to have succesful careers as our employees do.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer.

So please dig deep and donate now.
