A team from York are setting out on the 10th of July 2009 to complete the British Three Peaks Challenge within 24hrs, for local charities which help and support our community.
The event takes place on 10th to the 12th of July 2009 and involves us climbing the three highest peaks in England (Scafell Pike, 977m), Scotland (Ben Nevis, 1345m) and Wales (Snowdon,1085m), within 24 hours.
We are trying to raise money on behalf of three charities, SNAPPY, Neuromuscular Centre and St Leonards Hospice York, so if you have a preference which charity you would like to donate to then please click the link below:
