Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

This year my brother and I are taking on the 26.2 mile challenge of the Virgin London Marathon on Sunday 25th April.  We are looking to raise £2,600 for Leukaemia CARE. We have chosen this charity as it is 10 years since our father past away from the disease and whilst he was ill they offered great support to both him and our family.

This is the first time we have ever run a marathon. Some of you may know that ‘Big Brock’ has been running regularly for the past 12 months and has lost over 6 stone already. Although I am extremely proud of him for this, it does leave me as the heaviest in the family! I can assure all of you who donate that we are not going for a stroll around London and there is absolutely no way that my lighter yet older brother will be beating me. We have both been training hard and aim to break 4 hours so please contribute as much as you can to make the pain our feet are going through worthwhile.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.

Cheers Stephen & Anthony
