After having Lost richard so suddenly in hospital, I found that throwing my self in to charity work was the way forward. I knew how much richard wanted to help with the future research, but i also know from seeing him suffer, how much none of us would want any one else to suffer in the way he did for the last few month of his life. 

Lymphoma is so easy to treat, but the survival rate is still so low, not only that but when richard was diagnosed with Lymphoma, i didn't even know what type of Cancer this was. I also find a lot of people dont know about it now. 

In  Richards memory My sister Laura and I are challanging our selves to do the Sky dive, a 10K run and then to complete the 3 peaks in 24 hours. Id like to raise a minium of £10,000 in memory of richard and those who have also lost there battle, in hoping we help find a cure for the future.
