We are delighted to report that all 6 team members made it to the end of the Gold stage, completing a 30 mile cycle and a 43 mile walk in 19.5 hours. In weather which was slightly too warm during the day and slightly too cold and wet at night, this is a great effort from all 6. We are all largely intact but for 12 sore feet. 9.75 sore legs, one viral infection, some unexplained bruises, and some unpleasant nook-and-cranny chafing.
