Story

The race is on to raise £198k for Childline......

Latest news: Paul Reynolds has extended his thanks to all involved in this spectacular fundraising activity.

The CEO of BT Wholesale Paul Reynolds has set the challenge to raise £198,000 for Childline. We can’t make this happen without your help - be generous and help us reach our goal for BT’s number one charity, ChildLine.

ChildLine celebrates its 20th anniversary this year and to help commemorate their invaluable work we urge BT employees to pledge the equivalent of 20 minutes of their time – just £5 - to ChildLine.

BT employees can go to the following link for further details of our challenge, competitions and prizes http://ipmc.nat.bt.com/smc/test/index3.htm

In addition to internal fund raising activities we are looking to our key partners, suppliers and customers to raise as much money for this cause as possible.

Whether personal or corporate donations, we thank you all for your contributions thus far.  Well Done!

ChildLine is the UK's free and confidential, 24 hour helpline for children in distress or danger. Trained volunteer counsellors comfort, advise, support and protect children and young people who may feel they have nowhere else to turn. Children call ChildLine about a wide range of problems, but the most common problems are abuse (both sexual and physical), bullying, serious family tensions, worries about friends' welfare and teenage pregnancy. Children and young people can call ChildLine about anything – no problem is too big or too small. ChildLine is a service provided by the NSPCC
