We at Bupa Reading are committing to walk, jog, or run 5km every day throughout the month of December to raise money for Sue Ryder, who provide support for people during some of the most difficult times of their lives.

Our team range from those who exercise every day, to those who are currently inactive but would like to get involved.

In addition to this, 10 of us have signed up to the Reading Santa Run and will be running 5km through the heart of Reading town centre on Sunday 9th December - in a full santa fancy dress!
