The National Three Peaks Challenge is a well known phrase amongst the more adventurous. This challenge involves climbing the three highest mountains in the UK within 24 hours. Please support me as I scale the heights of Ben Nevis, Scarfell Pike and Snowdon - all in aid of Music in Hospitals - on 18th June.

Music in Hospitals' is a charity close to my heart as I am currently one of their Ambassadors. The aim of MiH is to improve the quality of life of adults and children with all kinds of illness and disability through the joy and therapeutic benefits of professionally performed live music.
