Ty Hafan - Taff Trail Cycle Challenge · 4 September 2011 ·

Sadly, thousands of families in Wales live every day knowing their child’s life will be short. At the moment, they often face this without any care or support. Alone. Afraid. Isolated. Tŷ Hafan’s ambition is that when a child’s life will be short, no family should have to live it on their own.

Story

Thanks for visiting the Cabot Carbon fundraising page for Ty Hafan.

Alan Hughes, Howard Henricksen, Stuart Kendall and  Dave Lewis have joined together to raised money for Ty Hafan, by entering into the Taff Trail Cycle Challenge 2011 .

The 55 mile Full Taff Challenge runs from the historic market town of Brecon to Cardiff Bay, passing through the dramatic scenery of the Brecon Beacons to Merthyr Tydfil, past some of the old Valley town to Pontypridd , through the Cardiff suburbs and into the Bay.

We are raising money so Tŷ Hafan can continue to offer comfort, care and support to life-limited children, young people and their families, helping them make the most of the time they have left together.

You'll see our team fundraising target on above. Your donation can really help us smash this goal
