For the marathon runners amongst you, I'm sure a mere 10k run is frowned upon. Let us assure you that with a broken knee, a 64 year old, four dodgy backs, a 3 year old and a buggy amongst us, there'll be no shortage of blood, sweat and tears as we plan to run/walk/crawl our way across the 10k course.

We're all doing so to raise money for a charity that is dearly close to our hearts. PCRF (Pancreatic Cancer Research Fund) raises much needed money for one of the most under-funded and hence under-researched forms of cancer around.
