CAEE have joined forces with charity the Good Company Surrey (who run foodbanks in and around Epsom & Ewell, charity no 1197493), to run a new Energy Support Scheme for winter 2022/23.

Many people are struggling to pay their energy bills due to rising costs of gas and electricity and the increased financial pressures caused by the current cost of living crisis.

Through the Epsom & Ewell Energy Support Scheme, CAEE and the Good Company Surrey will be able to offer initial crisis funds towards bills, advice about energy saving measures that can reduce costs in the longer term and, if appropriate, further funds to help support these energy efficiency measures (e.g. buying a more efficient appliance).

The Government is supporting all households via a £400 energy bill discount. If you are able to, please donate this or any sum to the fund to help support those who are struggling.

Funds will be split 50/50 between CAEE and Good Company. Clients can access the service through either charity.
