We are so excited to be back for our second Mental Elf Festive Fun Run! Last year we raised an impressive £4,496 through JustGiving- please help us to smash this and reach our new target of £6000!

On Sunday 7th December a crowd of jolly Elves will lace up their trainers and take on our Festive Fun Run. Taking place at Marble Hill Park in Twickenham, this is an event for everyone which focuses on bringing people together, not only to fundraise, but to raise awareness for mental health and wellbeing. It promotes the benefits of physical activity, connecting with people and doing something to help others.

1 in 4 people will experience a mental health problem of some kind at any one time in England. In the Borough of Richmond this equates to 48,750 people.

We know the festive season can be a tough time for many, and demand for our services increases significantly. By supporting Mental Elf you will be making a real difference to your local community. Every pound raised helps us reach more people and ensures no one faces mental health challenges alone.
