This Christmas, ACCORD Hospice invites you to remember and celebrate the life of someone who is special to you, by sponsoring a star as part of our annual Light Up A Life Appeal.

Christmas can bring difficult struggles when grieving those no longer with us. Marianne, Jenna and Liam have taken part in Light Up a Life each year since Steven, a dearly loved husband and dad, sadly died in 2010. Thank you to the family for sharing their story.

The stars, dedicated by you in memory of a loved one, will take pride of place when we meet together on Friday 8th December for the Illumination of our Christmas Lights (6.30pm start). We invite you and your family and friends to join us for this very special occasion – a chance to take some time out and remember loved ones, share memories an celebrate their lives whilst enjoying readings, music and Christmas carols.

During the ceremony, the lights on the tree and all around the Hospice will be lit in recognition of those remembered.
