To celebrate the tenth anniversary of its monthly pub quiz, the famous Star Inn in Bath is holding a twelve hour-long quiz marathon and giving proceeds to the Carers' Centre. The event will be held on Sunday 4th March 2018 from 10.00am to 10.00pm at The Star Inn on the Paragon in Bath.    

The Star Inn quiz has been held almost every month since 2008 and is widely regarded as one of the toughest pub quizzes in Bath.

The twelve hour, marathon quiz in March will raise funds for the Carers' Centre, and in particular the free counselling sessions for carers. These sessions are given by trained counsellors who volunteer their time to allow carers to work through emotional issues brought on by their caring situation. 

This service is immensely valuable. A carer has said 'it's exactly what I needed, for someone to sit and listen to me.' 

Others describe the service as a 'lifeline'. These extra funds will help us continue to provide these sessions and cover our volunteer expenses.
