Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure and you will be giving to a great cause in the guide dog charity. They provide mobility and freedom to blind and partially sighted people and also campaign for the rights of people with visual impairment. They have a regional centre in Southampton that I have been lucky enough to visit.

Me and  my old friend Phil (Williams) are running 10 miles in the "Great South Run" in support of this charity. We have been training throughout the summer and hope to beat our time from the "New Forest 10 Mile Run" that we did in May.
