My story
Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page. Ty Hafan are our nominated Charity for 09/10 and as such our fundraising for them will continue throughout the season.
After the success of of our Relay 'Round the Region event, next up is the Ty Hafan Midnight Sleepwalk event, an eight mile walk around Cardiff in honour of the mums of life-limited children. A number of the CBSC ladies will be participating in further recognition of our support of this very worthy charity. All donations, no matter how big or small, will be welcome... Tŷ Hafan offers comfort, care and support to life-limited children, young people and their families helping them make the most of the time they have left together. For Tŷ Hafan to offer this unique service completely free of charge to families in Wales, it has to raise over £3 million every year.
