On Saturday 19 June 2010, we will be taking part in the Yorkshire 3 Peaks for Save the Children.

The Yorkshire Three Peaks (that's Pen-y-ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough), is a challenging 24.5.mile walk over a variety of terrains, covering an elevation of approx 5000ft in one day.

Here is a brief reminder of some of the great work done by Save the Children...

Working flat out to ensure children get proper healthcare, food, education and protection.

Saving lives in emergencies, campaigning for children's rights, and improving their futures through long-term development work.
