The Marine Conservation Society (MCS) is the UK charity dedicated to the protection of our seas, shores and wildlife. MCS campaigns for clean seas and beaches, sustainable fisheries, protection of marine life and their habitats, and the sensitive use of our marine resources for future generations. Through education, community involvement and collaboration, MCS raises awareness of the many threats that face our seas and promotes individual, industry and government action to ensure our seas are fit for life.

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. Please dig deep and sponsor me online.

On Sunday 10th September, I, Carl Reddin (Guides) will run the full Robin Hood Marathon, Nottingham, dressed as a fish (see photo).  So if you can spare any kind of sponsorship donation, not only will it mean a great deal to me, but all donations are for the Marine Conservation Society.  The distance of 26 miles is going towards the MCS’s Coastal Challenge (See www.mcsuk.org for details).

I’m aiming for £100 in total, so any small amount will help.  I'll be taking photos for afterwards if anyone wants some sending!
