Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page - we have set this page up to make it easier for those who wish to make donation to St Catherine's Hospice in memory of Mum (Carol)

Mum was diagnosed with cancer back in September and was told it was incurable soon after.  From that point onwards St Catherine's became our rock.  They supported Mum through the good and bad times and most importantly helped her to retain her diginity right up until Sunday 28th February, when she sadly passed away.  Not only did they support her, they also recognised when any one of us was struggling and gave us the time and advice we needed to remain strong.  Then, when we thought their job was done, we received a phonecall asking how we were, that they were still there when we needed them and that this will continue for as long as we need them.

One of Mum's main wishes was that money that might be used for flowers is instead donated to St Catherine's so they can carry on the amazing job they do to help terminally ill patients enjoy the end of their life.  So please, please, help this amazing charity in memory of her.  Thank you.
