From 5th-14th March 2009 myself and two friends shall be cycling 380kms across the countryside of Cuba in aid of the charity Women for Women .

What started as a little after dinner conversation has now developed into the three of us committing to cycling the 380kms in Cuba, maybe it was too much wine !! but if the truth be known the charity is well worth the hours of training in the gym and on the bike that will be ESSENTIAL for us to meet this challenge. I KNOW we will succeed in the physical side, it's the sponsorhip side where I'm asking for help . Women for women specialise in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of a range of devastating conditions  which cause cancer , miscarriage , infertility and genetic diseases such as cystic fibrosis or muscular dystrophy .
