Well I took to the route on Sunday 14 September with a determined smile on my face, my Ipod Shuffle playing in my ears and I finished in ....nearly....the same way! I really enjoyed the run (although I am still walking around with a slight limp!) and managed to complete the route in one hour and six minutes no less!
