Yes it is me,

and yes iam cycling 370km around Cuba,

Why, i hear you ask?  because i wanted to give myself a challenge and help a charity on the way.

why, this charity, i hear you ask? because as some of you know, without research i wouldn't have been able to have children.

although i have been more than happy for family and friends to sponsor/donate money i have been busy raising funds from;

collecting outside shops

providing refreshments at clothing sales

organsing a pamper evening
