On the 2nd of August this year I will be competing in the Ironman UK triathlon to raise money for SCOPE. Scope is the leading charity working with children and adults with cerebral palsy. They do some terrific work and with your help they will continue to do so.

Ironman UK involves a 2.4 mile open water swim, followed by a 112 mile cycle then a quick change into running shoes for a full 26.2 mile marathon. Ouch!
