Hey guys,

As many of you already know, Ali and I are running a half-marathon in Rich's memory. Rich was tragically taken from us aged just 29.

The British Kidney Patients Association played a big part in improving the quality of his life, since he spent many years on Dialysis. So dig deep!

We really appreciate anything you can give. And hopefully the guilt of all of your donations will mean we won't do a runner (!) halfway through the race, wheezing, to find the nearest pub!
