On Sunday 7th December 2008 Gray and I will be running 5km in aid of the Multiple Sclerosis Trust.  Well when I say running this will also include jogging/walking/crawling.  Did I mention that we will be all suited and booted as Santa!

This is in memory of Gray's mum, Sheila, who sadly passed away earlier this year, and also suffered with MS.  Hopefully it's our way to give something back to others affected by this condition.
