Story

I'm taking part in one of Europe's most challenging endurance races in the south of France on June 21st to raise money for SPARKS, the national children's medical research charity www.sparks.org.uk

This challenge is a four day stage race over 120 kms (or 75 miles) with gradients of 7000m on a great course made up of steep mountain paths, forest trails, cliff-tops and gorge crossings.

‘Verdon Country’ is known for its breathtaking views and deep cliffs, with the River Verdon carving a canyon and forming a border between the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence and the Var.  Take a look at some more stunning pictures on www.aeria.fr

Please dig deep and sponsor me online.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure.  It is also the most efficient way to sponsore me: SPARKS will reciever your money faster and , if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

Many thanks for your support.
