I shall be running in the British 10k London run on Sunday 6 July and really need your support.  I have never run this distance before but hope I can raise some funds for the MS Trust with my efforts.

The Multiple Sclerosis Trust is a national charity working with and for the 85,000 people with MS in the UK, providing information, funding research, educating health professionals and campaigning
