Others have done it. Now its time I had a go.

I have not run properly for ages, my swimming is very weak and I have no moral fibre. There are so many good reasons why this will be bad.

But there are many good reasons why this is worth doing. For my father, for friends, for those going through the mill now and for survivors like Mads.
