We are aiming to raise £15,000.00 for Help for Heroes by the end of 2014. I hope this is a conservative figure & one which you will help us break.

 

Considering the work our armed forces undertake around the globe, I cannot think of a charity more befitting our respect, pride and appreciation & I am extremely proud to sponsor them.

 

Help for Heroes is simply about the men and women of our Armed Forces. It’s about Derek, a rugby player who has lost both his legs. It’s about Carl whose jaw is wired up, meaning he has to drink through a straw. It’s about Richard who was handed a mobile phone as he lay on the stretcher so he could say goodbye to his wife. It’s about Ben, Steven and Andy and Mark, it’s about them all.

 

They are just ordinary men, like you & I and they are and should be our heroes, not forgotten and not thought of with anything but the highest esteem.
